APPLICABILITY These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website by both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).

PRODUCTS La Lea sells standard products for dogs such as:

Handmade tick collars with EM-X beads

Dog leashes

Water bottles for dogs

Paw balm

All products are standard and not personalized. Small deviations may occur as some products are handmade.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders are placed via the website www.lalea.com.

B2C customers pay the full amount directly upon ordering.

B2B customers pay a 30% deposit upon ordering. The remaining 70% must be paid within 14 days of delivery.

Orders are binding upon receipt of payment or deposit.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day via PostNL.

All shipments are provided with track & trace.

Shipping is always free, regardless of the order amount.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (B2C)

Customers have the right to return within 14 days of receipt.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

There are no custom-made products, so the right of withdrawal applies.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

We offer a 2-month warranty on manufacturing defects under normal use.

Our tick collars with EM-X beads provide support in repelling ticks, but do not guarantee complete protection.

La Lea is not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect use of the products.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints can be submitted via info@lalea.com.

We strive to respond within 48 hours (on weekdays).

PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.

We use cookies, a newsletter system, and a review system.

FINAL PROVISION

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

In case of disputes, the court of the district where La Lea is located has jurisdiction.
